"16 Pieces in 16 Days": Day 03: Lenya

So, the idea is to post a new piece of artwork every day until San Diego Comic Con. "16 Pieces in 16 Days." I will have prints of all the new artwork at Comic Con.

So, the idea is to post a new piece of artwork every day until San Diego Comic Con. "16 Pieces in 16 Days." I will have prints of all the new artwork at Comic Con.

Anyway, here's the second image. This is from the new Jazz series I'm working on. This will likely appear in SLG's 'Jazz' Gallery show in San Jose, CA in August '09.

So, the idea is to post a new piece of artwork every day until San Diego Comic Con. "16 Pieces in 16 Days" (yes, SDCC is only 16 days away.) I will have prints of all the new artwork at Comic Con.

Cowtown Comix Fest

I will be exhibiting at the Cowtown Comix Fest this Saturday.

"Meet Denver comics creators that are making unusual, personal, artistic, and/or literary comics outside the mainstream, view their work, and hear them talk. (And, uh, buy their stuff!)"

I will have copies of the Byron GN, prints, and original artwork all for sale.

It is being held Saturday June 27, 2009, from 1-5 PM at: Tattered Cover Bookstore 1628 16th St (16th & Wynkoop) Downtown Denver, CO 80202. Admission is Free!
