Cowtown Comix Fest

I will be exhibiting at the Cowtown Comix Fest this Saturday.

"Meet Denver comics creators that are making unusual, personal, artistic, and/or literary comics outside the mainstream, view their work, and hear them talk. (And, uh, buy their stuff!)"

I will have copies of the Byron GN, prints, and original artwork all for sale.

It is being held Saturday June 27, 2009, from 1-5 PM at: Tattered Cover Bookstore 1628 16th St (16th & Wynkoop) Downtown Denver, CO 80202. Admission is Free!

This month's featured DJ is DJ Noah Christopher (from Amoebafunk.) Also, Bellydancing class at 1:30pm.

I did this piece up real quick for Warren Ellis' Whitechapel community. One of the topics every week is a REMAKE/REMODEL of an old forgotten comic book/pulp character. This week was 'The Octopus'.
